CHRISTOPHER JAMES TYLER

Christopher James Tyler, 46, passed away peacefully on Wednesday,
April 10, 2024 at his home in Lakeland, Florida.

Born in Buffalo, New York, he was the second of three children born to
Mary (McCartan) Tyler and John Howard Tyler. He graduated from Lake
Gibson High School.

He will be remembered for his love of music and guitars, as well as
being an avid Metallica fan. He was a strong presence in the family and
known for being the “rock” that could be relied upon for his witty sense
of humor no matter the circumstances.

Christopher is survived by his siblings, Jennifer Hsu and Jason Tyler. His
aunts, Janet McCartan, Sharon Tyler and Annie Tyler. His nephews,
Brendan Tyler, Keegan Tyler, Camden Tyler and his nieces, Kaitlin
Bachowksi and Kara Bachowski. He was also a grand uncle to Brooklyn
Tyler Owens. He was predeceased by John Tyler, Mary Tyler and James
Tyler.

Christopher requested cremation and that his remains be scattered
along the family’s favorite nature preserve during a private event held
at a later date.
